Pastor Cedil Morgan was born in Guyana, South America. Her education was obtained at the Mackenzie High School in Guyana and Pitmans College in London. In Guyana she worked with the National Airline, Guyana Airways and traveled to many countries including the UK, Canada, Barbados, Trinidad, Antigua, Grenada, Curacao, etc
