Reverend Cedil Morgan was born in Guyana, South America.  Her education was obtained at the Mackenzie High School in Guyana and Pitmans College in London.  In Guyana she worked with the National Airline, Guyana Airways and traveled to many countries including the UK, Canada, Barbados, Trinidad, Grenada, Curacao, etc

Reverend Morgan accepted Jesus Christ into her life in 1990 and responded to God’s call – HERE AM I LORD, SEND ME!   She has the blessed assurance of Isaiah 61:1  The Spirit of the Lord is upon me  because God has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me  to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. Reverend Morgan works as a Certified Hospital Chaplain with a spirit of humility and has taken God’s Word into many hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, prisons and other facilities. Like JESUS in Mark 6:34…She is moved with compassion for people.   Reverend Morgan obtained her christian education at the Koinonia Bible Institute, her Clinical Pastoral Education at the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy (CPSP), Family Counseling and Substance Abuse Counseling at Bethel University. She preached her first sermon in October 1999 at the Mt Jezreel Baptist Church in Silver Spring, Maryland and was licensed to preach the Gospel by Rev. Dr. Harold E. Trammell.  She was ordained for the work of the Gospel Ministry in January 2002 by Dr. Charles Green and Rev. Dr. Harold E. Trammell.   She preaches and teaches God’s word without compromising and facilitates workshops, conferences, retreats, etc.  She has prepared many for the Gospel Ministry by imparting God’s wisdom to them through teachings such as More Prayer More Power, and Ministers in Training (MIT) Sessions.  Her joy is to see others accept JESUS CHRIST as their SAVIOR.  Rev Morgan serves as a  Pastor at Restoration Chapel International Church under the ANOINTED OVERSEER and FOUNDER Prophet Frank D. Sarpong and First Lady,  Mrs Vivian D. Sarpong

God has given Reverend Morgan the Psalmist anointing to write books, inspirational poetry, worship songs, illustrations, etc,  She is the Author of several books including Hospice, Obedience is better than Sacrifice, Pulpit Abuse, It is Enough and Marriage is God’s Gift.  She has also produced a Biblical Illustration entitled – THE TWELVE.  Rev. Morgan has endured the PAINS FOR HER PURPOSE and as a result of her obedience, God has given her an awesome revelation about DEW. Rev Morgan is a loving, mother and wife, married to Minister Daniel Morgan and she believes that life is precious and must be celebrated, whether there is an occasion or not according to Psalm 118: 24 – This is the day which the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.  For more information about celebrating life, please read Creating  the Atmosphere.
